It's rare to find singers like Carrie nowaday: talented country singer and song writer, having a happy family without scandal or celebrity's issues and being a lovely country girl. No matter who people compare Carrie with, she's still super sucessful in her career.
She's definitely a woman of a different time. You scarcely find country music on the radio that's true to its roots, but Carrie always manages to tell stories with her songs and keep traditional instruments going. It's very refreshing.

When Carrie came for the concert version, she explained what was going on, completely surprising the audience. And she did it back to back. She told the audience exactly what she wanted them to do. I'm pretty disappointed personally, I expected more than just your typical concert music video. The album is called Storyteller, and this song actually tells a great story. I just think they could have done a lot more for the official music video.

This is a great song, but it is pretty damn depressing when you really listen to the story it's telling.
I remember first seing Underwooed back when she was on American Idol years ago, and she knocked me out with her incredible voice back then. Not surprised that she's gone on to be such a successful country singer.
