    In Planet Zoo you are the Zoo Manager. Create underwater Viewing Galleries, develop intricate Chimpanzee climbing frames or house a majestic Bengal Tiger. You also need to make sure your animals stay healthy, have a comfy shelter and are not too annoyed by your guests. Speaking of which, you will need restaurants and other facilities to keep them happy too.
    If you succeed, you will be granted access to the most impressive animals of this planet, such as the Giant Panda, a fluffly small red panda, the scary Komodo dragon or the bulky Hippo.
    You can also build several habitats, Domes, safari rides or walk-in habitats that provide the best view onto your animals.

    These look all so good and make me want to try it but knowing I'll get bored and frustrating by building them myself immediately again... Climing frames are the reason why I almost never put any monkey in my zoos lmao

      You can get a lot of cool climbing stuff from the Steam workshop or sort plants by "climbable" and fill the climbing space need with climbable trees :) that's how I do it when I don't feel like building a climbing frame by myself

      Same, i put the game down for a long time because I can't figure out climbable structures and sooo many creatures need them

    Wait what?! The ropes are climable now?! Woo! đŸ„ł
    I’ve been using the vines which looks great in a natural habitat, but the ropes will be amazing for something a bit more human-made-looking.

      Yep but not all of them can use it. Gorillas and orangutan only can use thick climbing frames

    Hey Rudi, danke fĂŒr Deine Videos. Ich habe eine Frage zu den neuen Kletterstrukturen der SIamangs und hoffe, Du kannst mir Tipps geben. Ich habe gestern den GANZEN TAG an einem Siamanggehege gebaut, die 6 oder 7 Teile der neuen Climbingstruktur zu einem Kletterparcour verbunden und danach das Gehege mit den Bamboo Beams und anderen kletterbaren Teilen aufgefĂŒllt. Als ich nach 7 Stunden fertig war und die Tiere reingelassen habe, stand bei den meisten der neuen Kletterteile "Blockiert" nur bei zwei oder dreien war der Status "VerfĂŒgbar". Ich dachte erst ich habe sie zu nach an andere Sachen rangebaut und habe StĂŒck fĂŒr StĂŒck jedes Bauteile aus dem Gehege gelöscht doch der Status hat sich nicht geĂ€ndert. Irgendwann hab ich angefangen, auch Teile der Climbing Frames zu löschen und erst, als manche von denen nicht mehr miteinander verbunden waren, war der Status endlich grĂŒn und sie sind benutzbar geworden (Davor hatte ich die traversable area gecheckt und da waren immer grĂŒne Linien, sie konnten als zumindest erklettert werden.) Jetzt sieht das Gehege total bescheuert aus, weil die Kletterstruktur nur noch aus einzelnen, nicht verbundenen Elementen besteht. Hast Du eventuell einen Tipp woran das liegen kann? Wie funktioniert der Mechanismus? Ich hoffe Du kannst mir helfen. Ich habe jede Motivation verloren, weiter an dem Zoo zu bauen 😕

    This game sucks without birds

    • @Kaneanite
      @Kaneanite Pƙed rokem

      Okay i'm going to be that pedantic comment guy.
      This game has birds, ostrich, flamingos, peafowls, penguins, ect., so your opinion is factually wrong, and it's pointless to say it here because this video has nothing to do with birds and even if it did Rudi has no power to change the game.
      I'm sure what you meant to say is "This game sucks without **FREE FLYING** birds," which would make your opinion factually correct, but it would still make your comment pointless because of the reasons above.

      @@Kaneanite It still sucks without birds, what zoo you ever been to with a flamingo ostrish peafowl and penguin, where are the other 100 birds?

    • @Kaneanite
      @Kaneanite Pƙed rokem

      @@thebiggestdreamer9608Where are the other 100 birds? The same place the 100s of other mammals, amphibians, reptiles, insects and fish are......in future DLC, or never going to be in the game without mods.

    • @thebiggestdreamer9608
      @thebiggestdreamer9608 Pƙed rokem

      @@Kaneanite That is a very poor answer, because I can tell you that the game does already have more wolves than most zoos, many bears, a world class collection of ungulates, even European animals that are only famous in their native land.
      I do agree that we are missing many reptiles and monkeys of course are mostly still absent from the game, but other than this, birds remains the big hole here, and it is not fun to design a zoo without birds.

    • @Kaneanite
      @Kaneanite Pƙed rokem

      @@thebiggestdreamer9608 I never said it was a good answer, but if you want to complain about "missing" animal in Planet Zoo there is always the Planet Zoo forums.
