I have been using surge protectors and still the whole power shuts off including the ps4 when in rest mode. The power outages are not caused by storms only neighborhood construction. I’m just using a white 6 plug surge protector.

So I have an error that when I try to download a game that’s in my library I’m able to press the download and then it takes me to a blue loading screen with the PS4 buttons showing randomly as the loading logo or whatever and it stays on that screen and doesn’t download the game. Also when I try to enter the ps store it gives me an error has occurred. When I used ps now and try to stream a game the same thing occurs and when I try to download a game it takes me to that loading screen.

Hmm that's weird. You might need to rebuild your database and see if that helps the issue. Also make another username and try to download from there see if that helps
