2 Parduc P40: Dressing radius of hollow to the grinding wheel
2.1 Use safety glasses, respirator, and hearing protectors when you use the product
2.2 Use the DRESSING -page on the touch panel when performing grinding wheel dressing
2.3 Move the carrier to the desired radius setting, using the arrows on the DRESSING -page
2.4 Rotate the diamond dresser close to the grinding wheel. Do not let the diamond head hit the wheel
2.5 Set the diamond to its front position and start the grinding wheel by pressing the START WHEEL -button on the DRESSING page
2.6 Swing the profiling arc gently and slowly across the grinding wheel. On each swing, rotate the diamond dresser 1/4 turn closer to the wheel
2.7 Repeat the profiling movement until the whole area of the grinding wheel is profiled. Perform the movements slowly and using small steps at once to get a smooth surface to the wheel.
2.8 Stop the grinding wheel using the STOP WHEEL button on the DRESSING -page
2.9 Rotate the diamond dresser up. Swing the diamond dresser to the front position
2.10 Move the carrier into the home position using the MOVE TO HOME POSITION -button
