I miss that music, back then I couldn't wait for Friday to go to the Disco clubs, the sound, the clothes, I still was able to save a whole bunch of vynil records, and I still have two pairs of five inch platform shoes! The people, the fun that we had, dancing in so many dance contests. I regret never seen the late Donna Summer, the Bee Gees, Tavares, France Joli and many more live in concerts. And all the people we had wonderful times with, watching Saturday afternoons American Bandstand, Soul Train with the late Dick Clark and the late Don Cornelius hosting for many years.Wow I wish I could back and relive those days, that beat! Nowdays you go any place and these younger people dress in jeans, t- shirts, shorts, the ladies look like they are going to do laundry or go grocery shopping incredible! God bless the Disco era, there will never be nothing like it again. The only thing that comes close in some of the sound is Techno music, which I feel they copied from the sound of the Disco era!
