Yea! Thanks for showing us your thoughts and process in making this! It was awesome to hear what was going through your head with each step you took. I love the way your flower petals came out with the Ohuhu acrylic markers. I know I said it before but-hey! I have those! lol 😂 I’ve been trying to use them more often. It’s one of my goals for this year. I’ve really just been putting in little details with them. But I love the way they looked when you put the shading in. Chef’s kiss 👩🍳 💋
Hi Jen!! I have had 3-4 of my beloved Ohuhu Paint markers run out in the last few weeks. I was looking on Amazon and on that day they were unavailable! :( I do kind of want to try the Toolie art ones - maybe. They look to be very similar? Do you have those? They are a bit pricey. I was looking at different ones on prime day sale-TOOLI art is not one on sale that I saw BUT I am going to watch a few reviews about some other brands rn. I already know TOOLI art is a big contender but I gotta do a little bit more research. I will let you know before prime day ends!
OK I did some comparisons and checked a bunch of CZcamss and reviews on Amazon. I’m gonna go with the Arrtx 60A. I’m going to send you my crazy woman notes I took on instagram. lol 😂

Happy Sunday, Doodle! WOW, that Background is Absolutely Spectacular! I love those 2 colors together and the checkerboard is Perfect! The water lilly is Very Beautiful, the Dragonflies is Gorgeous and Shimmery, what would happen if you were to do another layer of the original color over the Lily Pads. Just Curious, please don't ruin the picture because of my curiosity! Thank You for Sharing this Wonderful Video! Have a Great Week!💜👽🖖🏻🥵
Hi Sherry!! Thank you. Yes, next time I think two layers of the yellow green on the base would be an improvement. The granulating watercolors have a learning curve. Or, maybe that is watercolor in general...? But, they are sooooo much fun. Have a wonderful day. Try to stay cool.
I loved this video! I briefly studied art history with an Impressionism focus. Thanks for teaching me about Op art now. This turned out beautiful and I love that you use watercolor! Would you ever do a post pointillism piece in a coloring book? Like Seurat? (Maybe with bigger circles...so you don't go insane...😁) Would love to color along to that with you some time.
