    My father died of a heart attack while walking to work. He was 29. Robbers stole everything but 11 cents that I now have. This was 1956.
    In 2016 I had a heart attack. I felt a sharp pain in the center of my chest while doing my yard work. At first I brushed it of as gas but it continued to get worse. The pain was sharp and hard. I realized my situation: Alone with no help. Called 911. Put up my tools, went in the house took 2 aspirins, locked the doors and sat outside waiting for the EMT’s. A neighbor came by and stayed with me until the ambulance arrived. This was about 9:30am Sunday. By 11:30 I was in the hospital operating room. There just happen to have a Cardiologist there to operate. Normally none on staff Sundays and one would have had to be called in.
    I felt lucky that everything went quickly and smoothly. I thank videos such as this on what to do in case of a heart attack. The EMT’s were close by, the Cardiologist on staff on a Sunday, and my aspirin all worked to save my life. I am now doing well and enjoying my ‘extra’ time given to me to spend with my family.

      So happy for you that the universe worked in your favour. It must have been very scary although you're trying to stay calm. Last weekend I had to go to the ER with excruciating pains, finding it almost impossible to breathe. Enzymes and EEG came back okay but I just don't trust it. My left arm even has a different skin tone, a little darker, so I wonder if there's any blockage. Will take the advice on aspirine, low carb, healthy fats, no sugar and a lot more veggies. Take good care!

      The heart exam may be faulty because of the good report.A person with heart issues should not be allowed to drive because driving makes the heart having to work harder and the longer he drives the more the chance of having a heart attack.Therefore the slumping on the steering wheel.
      I am sorry to hear what happened to your father.

    Thank you for all of you invaluable information. I applaud your willingness to provide straightforward medical information on one of our most critical issues in this country and, apparently, in the world. You practice a forgotten craft - MEDICINE. Honest facts are not always easy to accept; we often realize the gravity of the situation too late. I have seen multiple people have a heart attack and die right after being cleared by their Cardiologist. I realize that it is impossible for anyone to predict the future; however, many doctors give patients a false sense of security into thinking that they are "fine". People, being human, then, take that as a license to "party". Patients are just as guilty for not educating themselves. It is amazing to me how people often hear what they want to hear... You pass a test means there is nothing wrong with you....wrong! You have made that quite clear hear with the Stress Test scenario.
    I hope that God will reward you for your work.

    I really appreciate this Doctors' Wholehearted concern for people's health. The sad part is not having the time to respond to the commenters' questions. Refraining to address the commenters' questions slightly nullifies the information presented.
    Doctors need to make time available to not only educate the youtube subscribers but must take a few minutes to address the health questions of the commenters. Nevertheless, I am thankful to this Doctor, for making precious time of his life to share such valuable knowledge.

    When I first studied some anatomy in the mid 70's ( at a time when there were lots of fatal heart attacks about which were regarded as kind of normal part of life ) I thought to myself " why are these vital arteries so small , with little obvious opportunity for collateral circulation ". In evolutionary terms they didn't look like arteries that were adapted to survive cardiac thromboses that were endemic then . Of course later on I discovered that even a hundred years ago heart attacks were very rare and far from being natural events were very unnatural ones . Thanks for the informative video doctor .

      Vit K2; 200 mcg is what 1 cardiologist is giving his patients. This in the form of and available at the Vitamin Shoppe as MK-7.
      I take 1 D3K2 capsule (10,000 D3 with 100mcg K2) which is available from a very popular chiropractor nutritionist on youtube. I order 5 to 6 bottles at a time to get free shipping. This product changed my health for the better almost 5 years ago. Doctors told me (2012) that my alveoli were collapsing and they didn't know why. I had extremely high liver enzymes nu.bers, weighed 153 lbs at 5'4'. On low carb high fat I dropped to 120 lbs (early 2019) and continued to stay at 120 lbs.
      Mk-7 tells the body where to put calcium; prevents arteriosclerosis. Dr Joel Gould (DDS) called D3 K2 a panacea. Everyone needs this supplement.
      BTW, I had covid Feb 2022 and was in hospital due to dehydration. Xray and scan showed my lungs were "good" and "all my organs fine."

      I would do the test, to see how badly your arteries are blocked, and if they are blocked by heart , they are blocked in other places of the body. There is something called EDTA that can remove stuff from arteries throughout your body, and you can change diet, have more lightly cooked protein to keep insulin levels down, seaweed, no vegetable oils, and track the improvements or your progress.

    Thank you Dr. Jamnadas. I've watched many of your lectures. Through your expert lectures, and your teaching ability, about a month ago I went on K2 200mcg, MK4 & MK7. My diet was/is very clean, but I can use some fasting to produce even greater results. In two-weeks, I've scheduled a CT cardiac scoring exam. I am a bit afraid of the results, but better to know and treat then end up with a needless MI. About this video, though, I have two questions. 1) How does the plaque form both inside & outside the artery? Did it, at one time, infiltrate the artery, plugging the entry/exit while growing? And 2) You teach that with a catheter, you go "through" the plaque and blood clot. In your experience, have you had an occurrence where the blood clot portion of the blockage broke off, then traveled to the brain and caused a stroke? I'd be interested in learning more. Thank you for this marvelous service.

    How can you determine the amount of soft plaque that is in your arteries BEFORE it calcifies? And what causes the soft plaque to calcify?

    I don’t know if you read the posts but even with a very careful diet I have silent heart attacks. EKG looks normal even when having a heart attack but a blood test and a trip to the CATH Lab proved I was having a heart attack. I now have a trained medical alert service dog who can tell me 2-3 hours before I would have an attack and I go get an aspirin and that has stopped it. I have my scans from the CATH Lab and I carry them with me because I am the kind of person who could be in the middle of an attack and they wouldn’t believe it. They did that to someone I know and had to “eat crow” when they saw the new damage to his heart. All they did was argue with him. Back to me I am the person that the 1st sign of a heart attack would be sudden death. I am the one who said something was wrong and they couldn’t find it but my service dog can smell there is a problem so I can stop it! I am right on target with your plan and I didn’t hear it from you until now. I have been rolling your plan before I heard what you are telling us. So I am on target but iI am the one who said something was wrong since my neck and arms were”burning “ but that was the only symptom that something was wrong. Hopes this helps someone live.

    What happens to the stent after the angioplasty? Can it be removed? If not, won't it *create* blood clots afterwards, due to the inflammation due to the fact that it's a foreign element recognized by the immune system as such? Thanks for the great information !

    • @jmcenterprises9591
      @jmcenterprises9591 Před 3 lety +3

      The ends of the stents where the artery wall meets it, tend to get inflamed. stents last about 10 years before this can happen and that is exactly what happened to me.

    Yes but why does the Plaque attach to the Artery Walls

    • @1951mytube
      @1951mytube Před 2 lety

      Plaque consists of cholesterol, fat, calcium, fibrin, and cellular waste products. Its formation involves a COMPLEX PROCESS in which waxy cholesterol adheres to the arterial walls, causing them to thicken, harden, and narrow. This eventually leads to atherosclerosis. (wellhealth.com)
      My layman explanation is that just like plumbing in my house gets calcium deposited and garden hoses have visible dirt from water running through them, our arteries can trap small and sticky particles that become an ‘obstacle’ for the blood to flow freely.
