What a Christmas!!! Aaron got Crystal a very special gift that she will never forget. and we had so much fun! The kids got so excited Christmas morning and loved opening presents. Such a special day for our new kids!

MOST people do t scroll through comments on a Christmas video especially when you don’t want to know what they got before you watch it. This one was all on you.
Alex and Aurora’s relationship is so cute
Many of the kids have great relationships but Alex and Aurora's is so special. Especially that Aurora is special needs it's that much cute when she can't express her feelings verbally but her body says it all.

I lost it when Halie cried. She's always been the helper, the minimalist, one of the brains in the family and wants to keep things simple and quiet and it seems to me that she rarely gets something or gets appreciated enough. We love you Halie! I am so happy for everyone but especially for Luke and Savannah! With all the crazy things being said and done in my country, and a lot of times, brutal killings, the Crazy Pieces are my good kind of crazy. When Halie started crying I started crying. Seeing this the day after Christmas. Glad everyone had a good Christmas. We did something different this year. I let my granddaughters open their presents Christmas Eve. Hope everyone gets better soon. My daughter lives n Pa. she watched the vaccine come n on a plane at the airport she cleans. Watched them unload from plane & load the trucks for Memphis. She said she was a part of history. Our state & Memphis is a hot spot for it. We have health issues n my family & we really have to be careful. As I hear what u said about the person with gloves , & spraying his mail sometimes it just don’t matter u still can get it. Feel better soon . ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

we open gifts at christmas eve too. the ones from grandma and parents atleast then everyone elses on christmas day with our cousins. we did things differently this year though, i didn’t get to spend christmas with aunts and uncoes and cousins but just the immediate fam
We did something different then we normal do christmas we opened presents and played gamea and they day after we has Christmas dinner

@Aminath Ahmed Naeem that’s what Alex said, I’m guessing that was with there bio family. So that’s why he said this was the first year that they were truly surprised.

Halie was absolutely precious when she opened her gift and started crying. She is so sweet and just amazing. Aurora was so excited about the care and was waiting on her brother to get in with her. Looks like everyone had a great Christmas. Sending prayers to your ENTIRE FAMILY and hope everyone feels better soon. Love how Lucas is so into the vlog and also doesn't seem afraid to just be himself and be silly and not worry about seeming "cool" in the way many kids his age do. I think that actually makes all your kids way cooler! But I'm glad Lucas already feels that way, still being new to the family.
My highlights:
Savannah hanging back a little, but happy to be with her forever family, and then loosening up toward the end. The look on Lucas's face when he was handed that first gift in his forever family's home. Halie crying when she opened her laptop.

I cried from seeing Crystals face when the Razor was presented😢. Then you see the kids with love, surprise, appreciation and amazement, opening their gifts…with disbelief that they are truly for them!?!?!? ( this is me 😭😭😭I love them so much). I noticed this was the 2020 Xmas, I get to feel this JOY and CRY my eyes and HEART out in a few weeks! God Bless the Petit Family. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving 2021, can’t wait to see how Chrystal does…she shopped like a villain! Yum Yum

You’re such a good mommy Crystal. Please don’t apologize that your family got CoronaVirus. It is not your fault. There is so much that is out of our control and even if you were extra careful, there’s no telling if you could have avoided it. It’s important to be covid careful but also know that God is in ultimate control. I’m so proud of you that you let your kids come all together to celebrate Christmas morning and it showed real courage. You are very good parents and this is not your fault. Love the fact that Lucas wanted to make sure that everyone was outside to look at Crystal’s present. He real feels like he is part of a close family. You can see how thankful all the kids were of their gifts. What a happy day for the entire family.
Thank you so much for sharing your Christmas with all of us. I was so sorry to see comments that were so negative in your last video. You guys are wonderful and giving, and don’t need to be told that you were negligent. We are all so tired of this virus and the restrictions. I think it has been particularly hard on the children as they have missed so many of the usual activities, such as Home Coming and dances and just being able to socialize as they use to do. I think you are doing that best you can in this difficult and strange time. Sending prayers and wishes for God’s blessings for your entire family. Sorry for going on and on, but feel we should all stick together and be supportive to each other.

One thing I REALLY appreciate about your family is that you're open to admit you've been making mistakes. I believe that' really healthy for the kids to see, and to learn that it is ok to be or do wrong sometimes, you just have to learn from it! I feel like a lot of kids get the idea from home that you always have to keep up a "perfect facade" and that's of course not healthy, I believe it's much healthier to see mum and dad admit they've been wrong about something and what they learn from it!
Also it's terrible other kids were making fun of them for wearing masks, the school really should do something about that! I'm sure you're doing everything you can to let the kids know that being safe and taking appropriate precautions is nothing to be ashamed of or feel bad about, even if everyone around them is being careless. But I know it can be SO HARD to go against your classmates/school friends if they make fun of you!
I hope the kids feel even more empowered now to stand up for themselves and each other (as we all know they do so well!) and keep being safe and careful

It was heart warming to see the extreme happiness, gratefulness and excitement of all of the children. Some of their expressions were ones of disbelief and almost of unworthiness of receiving some gifts. It was very humbling. 🎄🎁🌟

That’s sad that the kids were being made fun of for wearing masks. The kids who are not wearing masks should be the ones getting made fun of! So sad and upsetting cause they are just trying to protect family and community, have the kids make a statement and wear some cute masks or something!! It’s a style statement live your best life. I live on the east coast and if you don’t wear a mask you get weird looks so i’m sorry the kids had to experience that.

You guys had me all up in my feels today. Just watching all the kids open presents and seeing the joy, wonder, excitement and gratefulness made me tear up and ugly cry. I loved watching everyone open their gifts but my highlight was Savanah and Lucas experiencing a full on first Crazy Pieces christmas.
My stepdad is still in the hospital with covid and he is 86 y/o, on oxygen. My mom(74), is home from hospital with recovery from Covid. She thinks they caught it at Cracker Barrel in Indiana where they live. Also, We lost my Uncle in Florida from Covid, and my Aunt,his wife is recovering at home. I work in a Senior Living/Memory Care facility, and we have been so careful and the residents have been on quarentine and we still ended up with One gentelmen go to hospital and is back now recovering in his apartment with oxygen. A few of our coworkers recently caught it as well as a few more residents(moslty ones who had went to hospital for other health issues, and caught it wherever they were sent. This is no joke.
my uncle died of a heart attack ... he was 84 and they called it covid
