You can also launch yourself into space using a sled in a kiddie pool (you might get kicked for flying off the map tho)
I believe it works best if you use a tube sled.
all you need to do is get a sled, use it while you're jumping into the pool, and then jump out, you'll fling yourself into space.
you might want to wait a second before jumping out of the sled though and be sure that it's completely inside of area of the kiddie pool.

this doesn't work for me. i used a saucer sled and it made me jump really high but not into space unless there is a specific sled i need to use
