The way you care for his hair is filled with so much love. He’s gonna always associated his hair with your love for him. This is such a beautiful thing to see.
One thing about a lot of kids, they seem to not care if it doesn't look like what they wanted. If you tell them you'll do your best & that it may not turn out like they want, they're just happy you tried. I tried to do a tiger face on my little brother. I thought it looked absolutely horrible. It didn't look anything like the picture. He absolutely LOVED it, though.
I love how Black parents are allowing their sons to grow their hair out. In my day and traditional environment, most Black boys couldn't do that, apart from a high top fade (and even that was a challenge in my parent's home, lol). Our hair is amazing. We are amazing. ✊🏾🖤
I still braid my 29 yr old and my designs look terrible but he doesn't care, just wants his Mama's hands in his head. Keep laying those loving hands on Lil Man 🥰
I absolutely love how open n honest you are. As a black female we are expected to know how to pick braiding up quick n be perfect at it. If we're not then it's a big fat judgment. So thank you. I didn't do braids alot, so weren't great, I've practiced n would now wear them in public 🤣🤣💗💗
Hair dryer used in video is called RevAir here’s the link
Why do boys always get the pretty hair and eyelashes!! 🥰🥰🥰
I love that the new generation of kids won’t have as many hair struggles. I still sometimes wish my mom knew how to take care of mine as a kid.

Ugh his hair is absolutely gorgeous and he’s still a baby…… it’s only gonna get longer and prettier ❤
He just eats his snacks peacefully while his mama trying to do her best🥺💚 so cute
Lil man patient as hell, most the kids I know would be crying or running around to avoid getting their hair done smh
A mother that actually care about the way her feel is amazing to me
I'm glad a mom is able to spend good quality time with her son.

The braids and the red jacket got him lookin like knuckles though so close enough 😂👍🏾
Look at his patience and calm, that is reflective of you as a mother. You're doing a great job. What a beautiful son!
