There is only mention of delivery, assembly and clean up. No mention of haul away of old furniture...which I didn't have when I purchased mine. I wouldn't think its included though.
It would be great if you could show how to detach the pieces from one another to change the configuration - we just got this couch and are trying to figure that out!
I haven’t disengaged any pieces yet but there are “teeth” under each piece that fit into each other for grip. Just break that connection somehow…sorry, I know it’s not what you were looking for. I just remember it has to be a near perfect alignment for it to stay together.
@@felipesosa6175one side had teeth, the other will have a post. You need to figure out which side has the post, and lift that piece up out of the teeth.
Did it fit through your door and how wide is it? According to the website the door should be 38" wide for the delivery, but it seems inaccurate because the height with the pillows is 37" and 29.5" without, so it should fit through a smaller width. My door is 33". Thank you
Yeah I had similar concerns and looked over the measurements. They fit it through sideways. If you have a “normal” sized door, hallway etc then you should be fine. The two guys moved it through my door, down the hall, down my basement without issues.
I just got this sofa and for the life of me my husband and i cannot get the sectional to stop moving. My husband says hes clicking the teeth correctly but it keeps seperating rather quickly. Any tips?
I had white glove delivery and they assembled it but I did watch. The only thing I can think of is that the sectional pieces are not completely flat or leveled with each other piece. Either that or perhaps the connectors are defective? Other than that I can’t be much of a help unfortunately. If all else fails I’d recommend calling Costco to see what they can do to help. Or even find ways to contact thomasville directly. Good luck and keep us posted. My sofa has not moved an inch.
I have dogs too, so I always use king size throws over my couches. You'll need several throws to cover this size couch and easy peesy once you see the throws need a wash, just wash them, dry them and put them right back on to the couch. Question, how wide length wise are they with the 3pc across?

Yes, there are metal "teeth" that interlock underneath and between each piece.

It’s modular so you can arrange it how you’d like. The Costco website shows you some sample possibilities.
How long is the 3pieces how you have setup up?
Also do the backs come off (like is one seat section in two pieces)

It's very blueish. I got the darker grey, but in different lights (I can select with my living room light) it always looks blue. I don't like it

No, the seats do not have removeable covers AFAIK. I need to inspect more closely next time. I hope to do a 1 year later video on this sofa soon.

Only the back cushions are detachable.

It’s perfect for us. It’s really subjective and everyone is different. I like the support as it doesn’t sag and the back gives good support.
