It’s cool that you posted this today. We also bought our 2001 sr5 sequoia 4 years ago. Not a hiccup. She’s a beast.
I'm glad the Sequoia is such a great reliable vehicle. How many miles do you have on it.
I bought it with 106k i believe it is at around 165k right now. The usual stuff has gone bad like the antenna and the rear latch. Everything else is flawless.
I liked a few of your ideas and videos so i purchased the led’s a while back. Thank you for your tutorials.

She wanted to keep it a little “Not so rugged “ 🤣
I do have 22” wheels but still looks awesome.
Everything on the front end went perfect !
Didn’t make the grill but found one already made for $200 and came with the led lights 🤙🏽.

@@munnday86 2003, Limited, 4WD, 95k miles, 3” lift with 35” BFG A/Ts but I think I’ll drop to 33s after these tires are done.

Thank you. I just subscribed. The grille looks awesome. The light bar in the grille is a nice touch. Like you said looks like the tundra trd pro grille with the light bar.
I wouldn't hesitate to hop in mine and drive cross country if I needed to ( and could afford the gas). I still break my neck every time I see another one driving down the road. I can't help it these trucks just look great imo, especially the black ones.
You got the cleanest stock height Sequoia on the CZcamss. Hey what happened to your driver window vent shade?
True. I would drive it anywhere . I do like the white and silver Sequoias they show alot less dirt. The black gets super hot and will burn your skin if you park in direct sunlight for a while. For the driver side vent shade. I broke it when I was trying to put my beach canopy on the roof rack it was kinda heavy.. :( I gotta buy another set to replace the driver side. I should just buy a roll out canopy and mount it to the roof rack. Keep up the good work Treehouse Overland.
Great looking Sequoia. I have an 07 with rwd with 206K miles on it but in great shape. Interior looks new. Curious if the larger tires decreased your MPG and are louder going to down the road than the smaller tires it had when you bought it?
Didnt really notice MPG going down with tires more than the roof rack .
Nice job! One year and over 4K invested into my 05 Sequoia I noticed that the frame is beginning to rust through. Its likely the beginning of the end for me :(
Hopefully it can be saved. Any chance it could be a witch out on a recall.
@@munnday86 Recall is only good for 15 years from date of manufacture. I am going to get some frame repair estimates and hope for the best.
u think the 4 gear trans is OK or what you think about the 5 speed 2005-07 models?
I think everyone prefers the 4 speed. Alot less moving parts.but I could be wrong.

How’s the fit for the rear trunk mat? It looks like you got the WeatherTech that extends to the 3rd row. How’s the placement with the cutouts for the seat brackets?
The rear weather tech floor mat fits good. You will have to cut the holes out yourself for the seat brackets. It's super easy the floor matt already has the design in there, you just have to follow it with a razor blade. It's cool they give you the option to cut them out. Just incase your not running the rear seat you wont have holes in your matt if you didnt want them.

Do your tires rub at all? I’ve seen other people with 33 inchers rub without a lift
Nope I should make a video showing that they dont rub. Lock to lock.
