- We are back on the most over hated and potentially underrated Call of Duty of all time; Infinite Warfare! Since this game got fixed on Steam a few weeks ago, been playing it a ton since then! This past Friday, @FaZeScp , Dirty and I ran some Ground War lobbies and it was a ton of fun, the game is currently on sale on steam if you're interested in the game, hope you all enjoy the video!

It baffles me how there are still people to this day that consider Infinite Warfare the "worst" Call of Duty
genuinely doesn't deserve that title at all

Just started playing it on PS4 today and the MP was dogshit. Horrible maps and spawns so i agree with them 🤷♂️🚮

Would like to see more IW videos. But my experience past few days is join a lobby play a match or 2. Then a hacker joins lobby dies. Such a shame.

infinite warfare is the most underrated cod of all time, i played this game for 5 years straight grinding the leader boards while everyone was sniping on 2019, i managed to hit the top 100s on ps4 on hardcore kill confirmed for kills, i can see why some people could hate it cause it was too futuristic ig but besides all that, the jetpacks and the hit reg were spot on they felt great, the maps most of the time were all good and unique, i wish people gave this cod more time alot of people missed out
genuinely one of the best cods of all time. after they did a major overhaul (similar ish to the ww2 one), the game genuinely felt so good. not to mention iw has some of the best dlc of all time, so grateful i put like 30+ days into this game when dlc lobbies existed

MP16, 9 days played on PS4. This is still one of my top 3 CoD multiplayers (and probably my top favorite campaign ever). Will always be sad we will never get an IW sequel.

Looking forward to IW7mod, if it gets finished. Even if it's just to play offline with everything unlocked. I just miss Infinite Warfare. I'm keeping up to date with it. Every time I've compiled it myself it just doesn't work and I've followed written and video tutorials to the letter and it just won't work on my PC or Steam Deck. Oh well. The moment it gets released pre-built I'm installing it, because oh boy I loved this game in its prime. The more low-key soundtrack in the menus just hits different compared to the bombastic MW and BO menu music

2016 was really peak "dont think just follow."
I stil remember the reveal trailer being the most disliked video on CZcams. Just because the gen before us wanted the tacticool feel of the modern warfare series so much they couldnt accept the fact the liked BO3 and eventually IW. Now they got what they wanted and it sucks in comparison. Almost like arcadey games are meant to be arcadey and even the OG mw series was never that serious outside of the campaign (and they campaigns remained serious theough the jetpack era.)
I think thats a great way to put it, most people will jump on the hate bandwagon before trying something, ngl I was until I tried the IW campaign in 2018 and fell in love. Genuinely such a fun and solid arcadey game that I wish I played more of :/
@@Rxqe same bro. I bought it just to get MWR after disliking the reveal trailer, but I decided to try it one day just to see if it would run better than MWR. Not only did it run better but it was genuinely super fun. Of course my computer decided it was never gonna be able to run a AAA game made after 2013 a few months after that so...SOL I guess🤷🏽♂️😭
I was always more of an Infinite Warfare then Black Ops 3 Guy. I'm so glad to see it being back alive on PC

we back on IW in 2024, what a timeline
My first impression to this game was THAT trailer and I was like "oh, they doing futuristic game again okay then" but after seeing the dislike ratio on that video, I assumed that IW was going to be dead on release so I never bought it and went for Battlefield 1 instead. I did not regret my decision because BF1 is still active to this day in my region so I can play it without ping issues.
For context, I live in SEA region where cod (on PC) only populated until next game came out and after that it just filled with TDM lobbies.
yeah I heard BF1 was solid, never played it much asides the beta they had - and yeah being in that region is tough for certain cods, thankfully crossplay alleviates a lot of that issue now
This game is the reason my grades were so shit in high school lmao. Miss this game on PC
hahaha man I know that feel all too well, I graduated high school 10 years ago and a lot of my grades in Middle and High, during the WaW-BO2 era were AWFUL LMAO

IW and ghosts both get an unreasonable amount of hate, they were actually good games.
they were solid for sure, both have their nitpicks, but definitely not terrible games. I'd take IW over Ghosts though
Rxqe is it safe to play OG MW3 spec ops? I need to do the co-op missions for 3 stars on everything and my best friend finally got a pc and needs to do the same. Curious if we’d be safe connecting with each other or will we still be at risk of an RCE?
@@LeeroyyyStinkennns the only way you’re getting RCE’d in that private match is if your friend does it, so yeah in private matches you’re fine

@@LeeroyyyStinkennns no problem man, caught me at a good time since I saw the noti pop up haha but honestly I don’t think so, specifically for CoD online. There was/is a CoD online mod for IW4X (provided by AlterWare now) and im not sure how popular it is. Since CoDOL was/is owned by activision and shut down by them, I couldn’t imagine they’d let a client fly. Although, there are CoDOL maps that were ported to IW4X! So that’ll probably be the closest thing we get
@@Rxqe Such a bummer, they should just let fans take up responsibility for the games at that point. I’m guessing you probably feel the same about a potential build of NX1 getting dropped (In terms of a client being made for it)? I’ll have to look into this COD Online mod for IW4X. Really want a taste of the game, truly such a sad piece of lost media for cod fans.
I have 1400 hours in this game on PC and have never once got to play ground war 😭

idk if I'd call it soulless, considering the story was very well grounded and everything made sense in the setting the game had us in, but I can definitely see the appeal of BO3 over this game for sure
I really hope they add a H1/iw4x style mode for bot rank up
IW7-mod is in development and you can compile the github yourself to get it working, but it's just that, single player with bots I think

crazy to think about how back when i started watching you in 2016 you adamantly hated bo3, fast forward to now and you claim its your favorite out of all the jet pack cods. that car crash did more damage to you than we all realized.

I honestly don't know what'll change if anything at all, people will always work on mods. I don't think microsoft will reverse the decision on sm2 since it's been done and dusted. clients and mods will always come out though so we'll just really have to see what happens, I think they could step in if necessary to prevent it from happening but clients always have had some sort of comeback after having a shutdown

i both love and hate the radar in IW. The rectangle shape is the best shape for a radar IMO but it fading away when scoping in? Dogshit idea, i know older cods had the radar go away because the scopes would black out that area but still, it not fading away when scoping is so muchbetter
yeah the fading mixed with the dual render always throws me off especially when trying to preaim corners LOL it's so frustrating

@@艾 not even remotely. sure some content carried forward from MWII like operators and weapons, but the maps, design, movement, flow, everything are vastly improved for a much better multiplayer experience, not even to mention the best live service support for mp we’ve had in the warzone era - genuinely up there with Cold War as the best mp experience in the warzone era and it’s not even close
@@Rxqe mw3 is like a 80$ dlc for mw2, looks like the same exact game but with faster movement.
@@艾 not a dlc, it doesn’t require you to own or have MWII installed in order to play it. The game has faster movement yes, and is only “the same exact game” with the carried forward maps like Dome, Farm 18, Breenburgh Hotel etc because they did just port those maps over. But the other maps they added? The 16 MW2 remastered maps and 12+ new maps, are nothing like MWII in the slightest. Have you played MWIII? How much time do you have played on it?

Blows my mind that people hated on IW and Ghosts which imo were Infinity Wards last 2 good games before ruining the Modern Warfare name. Then again COD players don’t have brain cells, cant form their own opinions and they hop on the bandwagon hate.
I agree Black Sky is the better of the endgame camos. Imo Black Sky is the best camo in COD history
I rather enjoyed Ghosts for awhile, couple nitpick things here and there that I dislike but overall wasn't a terrible game nor was Infinite Warfare! I got on the IW train late because of being wrapped up in MWR, but it was definitely a different time because apparently Infinity Ward was extremely active with Infinite Warfare on a community level. Hoping for more of that with their next game for sure, and likewise, Black Sky is fkn gorgeous haha

I still have mixed opinions about this game.
No doubt this game released at the wrong moment after we already had 2 futuristic cods and people were sick of it. And then the multiplayer is pretty much a copy of BO3.
Oh 100% can see that, 3 straight years of jetpacks and after the reception Ghosts had, I see why Infinity Ward went the jetpack route as well

Tried everything from reinsitalling, verifying disabling stuff but nothing is fixing the crashing.
could be a driver issue maybe? I'm on the lastest nvidia drivers and haven't had any issues

At this point I'm think it has something to do with Win11 or perhaps Overclocking situation cause other than that I have tried everything but nothing has worked.
Game isn't worth $20 on PC in 2024...
$20 is a pretty solid deal, sure it could be cheaper but now would be a time to check for cheaper keys if they're out there

How’s Bo4 on bnet? It was on sale so I got it and will install the bo4 mod soon
haven't played it in awhile so I'm not too sure, just region switch on bnet depending on time of day to get into quick play lobbies

IW isnt bad of a game. I just disliked it cuz every lobby i got into i get sucked into a black hole/vortex n just die from it, idk what lethal, streak or whatever it is. not to mention the intervention being ass. Which both was skill issue for me LOL. I tried it last week on ps5. Only thing alive is TDM n that shit was not fun LOL. Traded that shit back in along w bo4.
yeah I can definitely see that, the specialist jetpack games do have their annoying things about them. plus nowadays yeah the games are nowhere near as populated unfortunately so tdm being the only thing hinders the experience

MW2019, aesthetically very pleasing game. game is beautiful, feels great to play, attention to detail is top notch. however, it completely uprooted the core mp experience with lack of red dots on the minimap, no dead silence, horrible spawn/squad spawn system, extremely large maps for 6v6 gameplay, wasn't a fan of the CoD4 remakes (CoD4 being my fav CoD), the game just didn't hit for MP outside of SnD or Ground War
