thank you for sharing your technique i cant afford a talented guy like you but because of you i will do this for my sons and niece birthday coming up to upgrade the space look for the party thank you, thank you, thank you you are apprieciated
Thank you for sharing this skill with the world. What colors are you using for the stems. I am about to order and I want to make sure I don't get a dark green.
Wow who knew a video made 8 years ago would help newcomers out so much today! I've watched this video at least 10 times and didn't think it would be hard, however the part I'm struggling with is bunching the flower petals together after you've made your "z" with one hand and then twisting the other side. Either my hands are too small for this method or I'm not applying enough pressure when squeezing with one hand but my hands are beginning to cramp. Ken is there any other way to get the flower effect without grabbing hold of one half with one hand and twisting with the other? Thanks so much for your help on this. I have this balloon order due tomorrow so hopefully you get to this in time. 😊
Great tutorial!! Thank you. Unfortunately I am having a problems with the flower itself. :( I cant seem to make them twist without popping. :( my hands are small also. any suggestions for me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Hi ! Ken. love your vidio do rember your vist to yorkshire and the day you had with graham lee.and us in the villadge hall . We all kine yoy to come again and share with us your clever twisting xxxBest Wishes Joy
This bouquet is wonderful! Can you explain/show how you yank part of the balloon off when you're done with it? Although I've tried over and over again, I just end up stretching the balloon!
The trick is to quickly dig your index finger in ( not your nail ) and quickly snap the balloon in half. You pinch off the air with one hand and with your index finger on your other hand you dig your index finger in deep and just rip it off, while keeping the attached portion pinched closed. It is a quick motion that can be done in a fraction of a second. Be rough, show that balloon who's boss!
I Made such a bouquet for a friend, and although it does not look as good as yours, I'm still quite proud of it. Thank you!
brilliant...simply brilliant...make them soft and works 99% of the time...thank you
