Nice nice work!
Thank you Frank!
I love the energy in this painting! And I’m guessing you had a good time too!!
Me gusta 😊
Your brushstrokes are serious ones. I enjoyed watching how you paint.
Thanks Nicole.
I'm inspired to have such freedom in painting....do you paint to this wonderful music? You are great artist and the musician is fantastic!!!!!
Angela Otts thank you!
Angela, I do paint to this type, and many other types of music.
I did view all your painting videos and took down the names of the musicians. I love the idea of painting to music...so energizing. I'm going to try some abstracts and see if I have it in me to improvise with paint....I'm so into getting paintings just right, with realism. I sometimes work them to death!!!!
outstanding, love your energy while you paint, looks like you are conducting an orchestra with your brush
Wilfred, thanks I appreciate it!
Inspiration, music, art, colours no words timeless moment
Daniel Doff, thanks so much!
I know this one was done a while. Back but new to this and still catching up on your vids. I really like this one👍🏻
Thanks Les!

Me gustaaaaa mucho y la música que has puesto,, genial..👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Francisca Cabral Aguilera gracias!
Fantastic Painting in every way! I like your idea of using many brushes when painting. What type of brushes are you using? Where is a good place to purchase brushes where the hairs won't come out of one's painting? Thank you.
Rhonda Pawlan, thank you. I use natural bristle brushes. Most natural bristle brushes have some bristles that fall out. You might want to try good quality nylon bristle brushes.
love your work, and your music selections- I just found Jesse Cook music through you, thx
Anna Vernick, you're welcome.
I don’t hear any music
Love your style......what do you do with the left over acrylic paint that you have spread out......
Brenda Robinson I use paint in jars, so whatever is left on the palette goes back into the jars so I don't waste any paint.
Good idea.....I still have mostly tubes so that never crossed my mind.....I just smear it around on another canvas or it dries up. thank you.
Brenda Robinson you're welcome.
What color Are u using for base coat? Thanks
Anita Brown a mixture of Buff Titanium and Neutral Gray 5
Is the title inspired by Genesis "And then there were three"?
No, it was because there are three large shapes in th painting.
Hello sir so i recently started abstract painting, i don't plan what i'm gonna paint i just let the colors run on their own so i gotta ask do i have to plan what i'm gonna paint or just let it be ?
Ang el the only thing I plan is my color palette for each painting. This assures that I will have some harmony between the colors in the painting. Pre-planning a painting is a personal choice - do whatever works best for you.
David M. Kessler Fine Art thank you
bonsoir David, laissez vous sécher votre peinture quand vous mettez le blanc vers la fin de la vidéo? merci
Patricia Hurbourg, no.
merci :)
I wish I could afford paint.
I know, times are tough out there for creative folks. Hang in there! Thanks for watching.
Hi David, Just discovered your work and I'm officially a fan!! Absolutely beautiful. I've never really ventured into the world of painting, I'm a draftswoman and tend to stick with charcoal, but I want to give it a go.. I was just wondering if you are you using oil paints? If so, what are you squirting onto the canvas? As I didn't think you could mix water with oil paints... Would be great to hear back from you! Many thanks, Eleanor :)
Hi Eleanor, thank you for your kind comments! I use acrylic paint, so I am spraying water on the canvas to thin the paint as apply an underpainting. You should give painting a try - you may just fall in love with it!
Very Jonas Gerard - ish.
abstractsbybrian Jonas has been an influence on my work, but I do my own thing.
