My neighbor/high school friend introduced me to Coheed years ago - I think 2009? 🤔 He burned me a crap ton of cd's to put on my iPod and I remember thinking damn, ok, new favorite band! That hasn't changed. We used to wait for the bus in my mom's car in the winter time when it got too cold and just chat about music and school... We're 28/29 now and I fell out of touch with him a while ago but Cory, man, wherever you are, I hope you're doing great and jammin' out with me 🙂❤

We should be able to criticize our favorite art to engage with it on a higher level instead of mindlessly consuming and calling everything a masterpiece. Coheed has written way better songs in my opinion (Cut the Cord being a recent example). Could my opinion change once I hear this song in the context of the new album? Of course. But as it stands I'm still really underwhelmed with this song.
First discovered them in 05-08 era. Then lost them in the life goes on phase until recently seeing them again LIVE for the first time with My Chemical Romance and BOOOOOOOY did they put on a show. Now I gotta catch up to everything I’ve missed for the last decade. This band is amazing.
Discovered this song when I picked up NHL 23. I already know it will be in my Top 5 on Spotify for this year, but the music video keeps me coming back. A kick ass performance music video is underrated in this day and age. Glad Coheed and Cambria can still keep it going.

I was at the College Street Music Hall show, which I believe is shown in here! My first concert in over 2 years, and it was one of my all time favorite bands practically next door to me. I had the time of my life. This band means so much to me, they're the first band that truly clicked with me. Been listening since 8th grade, 2005 I believe? This band was the driving force behind me trying to write my own music, an emotional outlet for when I wasn't having a good day, my entertainment for long car/bike rides or walks. This band helped shape who I am today. Seeing the body of work they've created and witnessing the band evolve over the years from the sidelines, to then see it all collected on stage in front of me, was nothing short of amazing.
Over the years I’ve ‘turned’ so many non-Coheed fans into absolutely obsessed once they saw the live show - since the beginning. Just a stellar band doing what they love…and bringing others along for the journey!
How good is C&C, I can not express how happy I am that these guys found each other and giving us their masterpieces, so much great time and a whole universe. Thanks forever 🤘💪
