If you want to build an inverter circuit, don't even think about building this one. The voltage regulation is non-existent. It can only work with low-power loads. Expect an awful waveform and an annoying screeching noise from the circuit
I have seen so many videos on this subject. Yours is the best. And it is done in clear well spoken English. Please keep up the good work!

A polyester capacitor can be added to the output of the ferrite transformer so that it is alternating at a lower Hz

I have a question. It's Not real to get an AC voltage with a frequency in the output without Controlling the MOSFETs.

This circuit can produce more higher voltage which can produce big freaking arcs if you use a flyback transformer which I did in my channel

Hi @Mr electron can we make it's big version 500w by adding the same components in this circuit i.e 5 transformers 40 resistance and 10 transistors is it will work please explain the circuit for 500 watt inverter
Never tried that so i am not sure but yes the output is surely going to be more than what i am getting now.

This circuit work on hi frequency so its dangerous to use
The voltage at the output is around 240 volts, so of course it's dangerous, its a tool, not a toy.
The frequency is indeterminate since it uses a free running oscillator but that makes no difference to how safe or dangerous it is.
240 volts at 50hz or 240 volts at 5,000hz will both kill you if you are not careful.

Well this is a basic circuit so there aren't much components to control that. Technically, you have to reduce the switching frequency for that.
How many turns of the primary coil? With what thickness?How many turns is the secondary coil? What is its thickness?

nat a big deal you use any similar looking transformer the same way even the one from mobile charger the only difference is you get less watt as compare to this one
