I believe there is some luck involved fishy. Open some small gifts, if your small gifts are turning out commons/uncommons/rare/ultra rare, do not hatch the egg. If your small gift spits out a legendary, immediately hatch the egg.
Also, bring your egg to a public server where lots of people are hatching and opening gifts. You can kind of see a trend, where lots of common pets are hatched for a while, and then it trends up to better pets. If 30 or so pets have been hatched, and none were a legendary, your odds of a legendary are also higher.

How do you get into one of those servers?
Search up: “roplex army” in groups ( or just any rich adopt me CZcamsr’s server, but this group has the best trading servers in my opinion ) and click on one of the links for the trading server in the description, and you might have to wait very long to join because there usually is a long queue for such servers. Oh and of course don’t forget that like everyone is in the neon cave
Many ways
You can go into a CZcamsrs one btw👍🏼
1.) In the friends list search: Brittdaycake
2.) once you find her click on her group
3.) and then just join one of the 2 trading servers
Note: normally the first trading server has a long line but the second doesn’t (it’s just not as rich)
He uses his own server,but when he's on his main account,he loads into the servers quicker because it's his own server.
