Looks pretty good how long is the battery life I mainly use my miband 7 for workout training and to control my music with it

The battery life is good, I think it should give you 3-5 days at least with regular usage!

The battery doesn't last 3 days, they said a week, it doesn't keep real time info on your health statis, the o2 is a manual operation, but it is a good looking watch.
