spirit are crazy for not banning it game 1 in general
Teams autoban morph vs OG. They had a 15%winrate at Elite league without morph, some teams just didnt get the memo. TS for example at Elite League baited OG morph pick and had an hard counter draft which result of TS 2-0 OG last month. Didnt work this time
Not to mention most teams ban timber just because of whisper.
He played exceptionally well compared to usual performance in these games

Statistically he is one of the worst for top tier team. Eye test really depend on the knowledge (and mmr) of the viewer.
Dunno why heralds are so focused on one pick and forget why the team has terrible winrate without it.

It shows something about ts level if they can't win og 2-0. They almost lost the 2nd game too, but og managed to play even worse somehow
Last night was crazy. OG being a "stand-in" team is now on top of their group stage. On the other end, XG dominates Tundra from behind and achieved a spot in the lower bracket by winning the tiebreaker series.
Bzm timber show in game 1 into a mess of a clownfiesta of game 2. OG really overpushed their luck with these highgrounds coinflip plays, they could have won with more synergy and not the 1by1 fiasco of bot lane push. The team look totally different when Morph is banned, the impact of pos 1 is vastly reduced and it come down to how hard wisper/bzm or the support duo can get a lead early.
TS on the other isnt a 100% yet, they continue their meh performance of 2024 and will be forced to tiebreaker their way to playoffs
forcing teams to ban timado's morphling allows the other cores to get great matchups/picks. its immensely valuable
@@aokuang2958 Not really when OG had 15% winrate at ELITE LEAGUE, last event, when morph is banned. This theory only works if your pos 1 can perform on other picks at the same level or at least on a proactive decent level which is far from the case. He has terrible laning and dmg stats on most meta heroes and OG rely more on Bzm/Wisper to hardcarry games when morph is banned

@@nxvh9062then you have a terrible eye test if you think that his ls (25% winrate over 4 games) or his other picks are "very very good ". You shouldn't comment on pro plays with a "great" 25% winrate, bottom dmg stats pick.
Just watch his faceless void, pudge, Luna, TB (games and stat) and compare them to other pos 1 of top teams.
