1. An annual function is organized every year in our school.
2. On this day, the entire school is cleaned and all the classrooms are decorated with colorful balloons and paper.
3. All students start practicing for the exhibition a few weeks in advance to participate in the competition.
4. A list of all the students participating in the competition is prepared by the teachers.
5. For the program, a huge pavilion was built in the school grounds, in which chairs and various facilities were installed for all the students and spectators.
6. On this occasion, a special person is invited as the chief guest in the program.
7. A big entrance has been made outside the pavilion in which welcome is written in colorful and beautiful letters..
8. The program of the annual function begins with the speech of the Principal.
9. On this occasion, painting, musical art, dance art, poetry and poetry performance, speech, exercise, and various types of games are performed by the students.
10. All the winning students of the competition are honored with prizes by the chief guest.
