when he started singing, i thought the melody sounded a bit familiar. as i listened further, i realised this song is actually one that my dad used to play when i was a little girl, when i was probably around 5-7 years old... i'll show this to my dad later, and i'm sure he'll remember. it's so crazy how i still recognised the song even though it's been more than ten years since i've heard it, the impact of music is no joke. thank you so much young k for bringing this back to me when i didn't even know the song's name

Another thing I need the world to notice:
He is the korean man, so far, who nails different vocal colors with different vibes attached to each. When he's at the lower register, you can hear the smooth rasp with such outstanding stability, making him sounds like a lion's deep grunts. When he's at the upper register, you can barely catch a glitch in his super sweet voice, it sounds like drops of crystal clear water. And the magnificent swift transition between his lower and upper register tells u very well on how his vocal technique control is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
I'm always at awe at how he pronounces the words when he sings LIKE it's so clear. And jesus, his voice. The lower register. The softness in how he sings it. Also the guitar??? It makes the song feel even more comforting. I love him. I love the Young One series so much. I love Young K.

어제 공연장에서 이 노래를 들으면서 데이식스와 함께했던 시간이 주마등처럼 지나갔어요. 아직도 영원이 있는지 없는지 모르겠다는 말, 하지만 영원을 바란다는 말을 곱씹어보며 시간이 지나 영원하다고 믿었던 것들이 사라진다해도 목소리와 노래로 그 순간을 불러올 수 있다고 믿게되었네요. 특히 영케이가 부르는 리얼리티를 들으면 노래는 언제나 그 순간 그 때로 돌아가는 느낌을 받아서 좋아요.

I think the whole day6 have amazing voices. Especially sungjin youngk and jae when it comes to singing english songs, they are so great at them but the korean industry is so blinded with stupid beauty standard and girls/boys jumping but sounds like a group of goats (I am sorry I am not indicating these to all groups but I have my personal opinions on some of these famous idols)

Feeing nostalgic, I used to hear this song a lot on the radio when I was younger. And now I get to fully appreciate the lyrics with Young K's voice ❤️
He makes every song he sings sounds like heaven.. His voice is heaven..
When this song was performed by Lee Suhyun in Begin Again, it became an instant fave of me and my late aunt. We often played this at night before sleeping. Listening to YoungK, our ult fave, sing this rendition makes me miss her so much. Thank you YoungK.

One thing I can always appreciate about YoungK's covers is that he sings the words with such clarity, and I'm not talking about pronunciation, no, I'm talking about the way he enunciates different syllables to coordinate the melody; it's almost like his voice embodies the lyrics of every song, and the subtle changes in his tone of singing (such as his transition from falsettos to low registers and so on) just make every cover so special.
