Green Sheppard Pepper - 1/2 lbs
Tamarind paste - 2 tbsp ( • PuLi Jalam - Tamarind ... )
Fenugreek Powder - 1/2 tsp
Tumeric - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Gingelly Oil - 50 ml
Jaggery - A small piece - Jak na to + styl

Thank you. The chillies look kind of thick and dark green like the Jalapeno peppers. I have used Jalapeno peppers for milagai pacchadi with tamarind and it tastes quite good, with the chillies having pulp like a vegetable and we can eat them easily. .

Thank you for the reply. In the video the chillies look thick and dark green like Jalapeno peppers. That is why I asked. I have used Jalapeno peppers for milagai pacchadi with tamarind and they taste good. They have pulp like vegetable and in the pachhadi they can be eaten without any problem because they are not too hot.

Mami, a common doubt...while grinding tamarind in mixie, it does not get finely grinded as other ingredients, though I always add very small pieces..please tell me a suggestion...can we add tamarind juice instead of adding it directly, but will it be tasty??? Kindly clarify...

Hi amma, neenga recipe sollrache ennoda paati nyabagam varadhu. Ava ippo ennoda illa I miss her a lot. Enakaga samabara puli eppadi pandradhunu sollungo. Sambara puli ippo yarum pandradha illa.
