Two beautiful parts of this scene. 1. How he turns around after killing her to tell her it was right where he said it was. 2. How the music stops when the car stops then starts back up at a climax.
But the music wouldn't have stopped just because the engine stalled, the key was still on.

That was the most annoying part because it sounded ridiculous. It was like, she couldn't find any decent put downs, so she offered childishness. I would have laughed and said, "is that the best you got?" She would have been the one frustrated.
