Cork to Bantry Bay & Glengarriff Autumn Drive, Ireland | Dash View | R585, R584, N71

(November 2022) A car drive from Cork to Bantry Bay and Glengarriff, Ireland, via Crookstown, Béal na Bláth, Kealkill, and Ballylickey, on a late Autumn day, filmed from the dashboard of an Audi Q3. This journey starts on the N22 Cork - Tralee/Killarney road Westbound towards Macroom after the Bandon Road Roundabout in Cork, bypassing Ballincollig. From there, we turn off onto the R585 regional road at Crookstown, passing through Béal na Bláth (near the site of the ambush of Michael Collins in 1922), Coppeen, and Kealkill. From there, we join the R584 to Ballylickey, before joining the N71 at the Ouvane Falls Bridge at Bantry Bay, towards Glengarriff. Please note I had some fellow passengers so some parts of the video have audio muted with a lowpass filter due to the private conversations taking place.
