TikTok star Ekaterina Mizulina is “making the internet safe” by canceling Russian culture

Russia, having become a full-fledged dictatorship, was lacking one key figure - a head censor. That role became occupied by Ekatrina Mizulina, daughter of senator Elena Mizulina. She not only exerts extreme control over the Russian segment of the internet, but she appeals to the younger crowds - not unsuccessfully.
