Correct me if I am wrong, based from the demonstration, you must know the ripening stages of the fruits and vegetables by pressing such buttons. Then, what exactly is the function of the device if you predetermined the ripening labels of the fruits and vegetables?

Thanks for your comment. This device can collect training data and run the neural network model.
I collected data from fruits and vegetables during different ripening stages. The buttons are for selecting labels while collecting data.
After training the model with the collected data, the device detects ripening stages automatically.

I am not sure how I understood well. Does the green light means ripen? And what if you tested an unripen banana or apple, is there a comparison?

No, this device is only for collecting data on fruits and vegetables depending on their ripeness. The green light indicates the collected data is successfully received by the server. You can get more information about the project from here:

@@Kutluhan_Aktar sorry I don't get it that much. How would you know which button to press? Does the device upon scanning tells you which button or you must already know their ripening stages whether they're early ripe, partially or decay?

After collecting the data from unripen to spoilage, where does it show the result for fruits scanned?

This project does not include an integrated screen to show results. It displays the prediction results directly on the terminal.
