🍳 Egg in the Nest | Breakfast | Hash Browns | Feat. Dash® Mini Pie Maker | GemFOX Food

Recipe for making 2 nests:
1 small potato, shredded
2 eggs
1 tsp oil
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheese (optional)
Rinse and strain shredded potato, microwave for 2 minutes.
Mix in oil, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese.
Press half of the potato into the bottom and sides of pie maker.
Crack an egg into the nest, and bake until the egg no longer jiggles.
Repeat for the second serving.
Remove, garnish, and enjoy!
