- So you may be wondering why I'm uploading a video of k3+ stage 1 again, well I went back to my old footage and made a highlights video of playing through stage 1, which will be a replacement for the old video that only had the completion attempts.
That's right you read the title correctly, this is a buffed up and reimagined version of kamilia 3, there is a demo of this game available publicly that stops after boss 1. This stage is brutal, the secret item is rough, and the spike love achievement is one of the harder needle saves I've ever done, this game does not mess around at all. For anyone that wants to try this out, good luck.

I'm very split on k3+ on one hand it has the potential to be definitely the coolest "endgame" teir fangame out there but as a token of that it could also very easily be extremely unfun and incredibly badly playtested. I have faith in everyone working on it though and am really hopeful to see where this goes
also today i learned that one kind of jump in spike love is called an hourglass i legit didnt know it had a name

Honestly wow. Also, how do you jump cancel correctly? I tried using both shifts and pressing one after the other with a very short delay, but I’m still not getting right? Is there a specific technique to doing it?
you have to release right shift on the same frame you press left shift, or you can numpad cancel which is easier, you turn on numlock, hold jump, them hold num 0, then let go of jump first and you numpad cancel

21:32 someone can explain why max holds shift and the kid jumps when he realease the shift button? I need this machanic for K3 Stage 2 Secret Last Safe but i dont get how to do that.
its called a jump cancel, you hold down left shift, hold down numpad 0, then let go of left shift FIRST, before numpad 0, and you will do a cancel from the floor
