Being an introvert has really helped me adjust well in the usa,i just work and go home, take my self out and im really comfortable
Thankyou Fridah for sharing. And I hope that you are Okay:) you are so strong please take breaks usijitume sana. It's Okay To rest🥰🥰
Frida you're real. The feeling after work is real. The excitement we had about making money is dead. It fades away as time goes😢😢

Being in France I related with all your points 💯💯 especially on fatigue and just wanting to stay indoors all day when am free. I recently shared my version of this from the France perspective and for sure I haven't been myself for the longest time that I just want out sometimes 🤦🏾♂️. Living out here is not that easy.

At least today I have confirmed am not abnormal. 😢I have for the first time found someone whose experience and fears are same as mine.
Atleast we are on the same boat
Mimi niko stage ya "Fear ,Anxiety na homesick"😢.I just feel vibaya aky
This is very true, especially the fear of losing your pin and being sent back home for us nurses 😢
My fear everytime
At least someone has said it i once mentioned what was happening n someone told me i was being negative n expecting alot... well it is what it is discrimination is sadly there.
Absolutely right I’m here 15 years I still don’t feel i belong I’m constantly homesick for 15 years
I thought it only me
You are very talented Frida and you have a future in content creation. Good luck in the UK and do not forget to invest locally. East or West home is best.

I agree with you ..I’ll be 3 yrs in April but I still feel foreign 😢..Kenya is better in terms of weather., social life….but we can always work smart and retire back home ❤
Very true 🫶
I remember how you came in hot Fridah😃…and I couldn’t understand your energy because mine had already died by the time you were here. Now I feel we’re at per. This is the side of abroad that people shy away from sharing but I’m really glad you did. Ifikie the right ears. I really hope one day things will make sense because damn Kenya was the real deal😓

I miss Kenya a lot aki the amount of time I spend online just watching my kenyan people weee
This is so true ..especially fatigue jeez
Kenya I would do 4 night shift in a row but now I do two and my night offers I sleep 12 hrs +
Social life hakuna ..I live in the same estate with some Kenyans but I barely see them ..
No place like home ❤

All of us here in the Uk we feel tired checked my iron and vit D all is fine but still fatigued
I take iron supplements vitamin D omega but I don’t feel any different
Did you use your biometric residence permit to apply for an online immigration status from the Home Office?
I can relate with the fatigue which is draining.....even when you are not working you are still tired maybe it's the 12hour shifts or is it the weather
Maybe it’s the weather I don’t understand trying to change my shift to days to see if it will help
I feel like day shift are even worse
