This is at least 4-5 years old. They haven't even began construction on the road near Sprat Nets that was ruined by the hurricane.

Cool to see,but it had never occurred to me to lose sight of that turquoise water....hope all is well in paradise. BTW ....-16°c up here today 😵 stay warm!

Great job! Thanks. A little disappointed, because I was expecting a complete island tour, all the way around the island to the starting point, but the right turn at Brimstone Hill and the frolicking monkeys made up for it.

So I hear. Do they allow unvaccinated travelers yet? I want to come back when they do.
The video is great but the vehicles in the video that I’ve been able to identify were operating some 10 years ago which gives the age of the film.
They typically drive older vehicles there. It’s not like the United States.
It is great to see the island, look amazing. Is this the rink road around the island or some other island.
This is just one of the road on St. Kitts that leads to Brimstone Hill Fortress.

Is the steering on the right too? I can't quite tell from the video, seems like there are a lot of people driving from the right side of the car. I've never seen St. Kitts, it is so much like the flat areas of St. Thomas.
Yeah, the car that we had had the steering wheel on the right side. I’ve been on islands where the driving was the left lane but the steering wheel was also on the left side of the car. Having the steering wheel on the right makes it feel more natural.
That was not last year I'm from st.kitts and Nevis best buy don't look like that this was like 2 or 10 years ago

The speed is very irresponsible especially in such built up areas where people live so close to the road.

St. Kitts is a beautiful island full of great people!
There is no litter on the streets. Did you notice that? There is a difference. A ghetto is dirty .
@@heatherfulmore3412 Kittians put a lot of pride in keeping their island clean. Part of the reason that St. Kitts is so clean is that it's not currently overwhelmed by tourists. Tourists, especially the cruise ship crowd, are often responsible for a lot of litter. It's a shame that many people don't have respect for the islands that they visit, when the locals do!
@@IrixGuy I know that the place is clean. I am from there and I went home in 2019.
Much of the US is ghetto as well. Depends on where you visit.
