    Great seeing you back and what a fab project. We all have lives and you have to give up much more to do and then edit the videos you do for all of us to watch. Great job and look forward to your next one. 👍👍

    Nice build, Richard.
    I have two Bluetti power-banks. An AC50S and an EB70S. I took them to EAA Oshkosh last year to power my SetPower TC20 electric cooler. My thought was to swap them out. When one ran down I could power-up the other while the first one recharged. But as it turned out, the EB70S powered the cooler for the full 10 days I was up there with nearly 70% charge left at the end of the week. And it kept the Mountain Dew chilled to perfection. I love my Bluetti's.

    Well...I'm certainly glad you haven't been kidnapped or met your demise. It is really good to see you again. I've missed you. It's like having a family member that you haven't heard from in ages and then you do. Just wonderful, Richard, you are one of my favorite CZcamsrs! Welcome Back!!!

    Cracking little setup that. Would work great in my dayvan. Easily removed and not permanent to the van and won’t take up much room. Very nice.

    So great to see you back Richard. It's good that you seem to be able to turn your hands to a great deal of projects. Well done. Converting a van into a campervan would be a fantastic job for you when you get the time, I'm sure you will make it a habitable place where you can relax and enjoy great adventures.
    Take care and stay safe. ATB.

    Good job mate. I admire your perseverance and admitting when it doesnt go to plan. I'd also love to fit out a camper van and would certainly consider intalling a heater like this 👍

  • @Paul.Reviews
    @Paul.Reviews Před 3 měsíci

    Hi Richard. Keep in mind, the length of the tube dramatically reduces the amount of heat you'll get out of it. I added 8 feet to my 5KW model and even on full power, I had virtually no heat coming out the other end. If you're going to extend it, get fully lagged/insulated piping... not the cheap ally stuff it comes with.

    • @Paul.Reviews
      @Paul.Reviews Před 3 měsíci

      Forgot to mention... if you ditch the clear plastic tubing and use fuel-grade rubber throughout, the pump noise virtually disappears. It's actually resonance which makes it worse.

    Great to see you back ‘on air’ Richard as opposed to ‘in the air’. 😂 Thanks for sharing your project with us. We have recently bought a campervan. Previous to that, as well as wild camping, we also did pickup camping with a fabulous roof tent from Ventura. Wish we’d had thought of a portable heater with that. Such a good idea. If you are interested, I’ve decided to sell my roof tent. Would you be interested in buying it? If so, let me know and I’ll send you some pictures. All the best. Paul.

    Hey Richard, great to see you're ok and what a wonderful video, you always get a "Like" from me when I first start watching a Vlog, such is that I know I am going to enjoy watching it. So, don't you just love it when a plan comes together, lol!! Excellent stuff. For Campervan builds, have you seen a CZcams channel called Vandemonium, features a "From scratch" build, some modifications and improvements too. It might give you some ideas. Take care, all the best to you and your family.
