The Supreme Court sites in their dissent a major force behind their decision to keep Trump on the ballot, and, that is because of the fear surrounding Trump's insurrection and the unstable state of our government, leaving it all up to a FASCIST CONGRESS to decide the outcome. This shows they ABSOLUTELY would have to cave in to Trump, and, to Trump's Congress if he regains power. But, this decision is their failure, because if Trumps finds a way back to the Oval Office, the Supreme Court would disintegrate.

she really doesn't. Her entire strategy is to wait for Trump to be convicted and then show up at the convention with the most delegates. There will be two cases that will probably be completed before the convention, and it is very unlikely that he doesn't get jail time before the convention. Imagine a scenerio where Trump is in prison at the time of the convention and be in the middle of 3rd case.

and losing Georgia and Arizona. Look at the state-wide senate and special elections.. The last 5 senate elections, including specials in Georgia have gone to the Dems. The GOP in Arizona is a complete trainwreck with a senate candidate whacko recording the head of the state GOP... and again, you have the Dems winning every senate race for the last 8 years. But really the same thing is happening in Michigan, the state GOP is bankrupt and has infighting to where they toppled the leader, but she refused to go. The GOP in PA is completely out of money. Get-out-the-vote election day activities are important, and Arizona, PA and Michigan are complete s-shows for the GOP.

Yes but the uncommitted vote in 2012 in Michigan primary did so because Obama wasn’t on the ballot and did so to vote as a vote for Obama since he wasn’t on the ballot.
You only need to look to this weekend primary/caucus to see that the reason why Nikki was getting 30-40% of the vote is because they were open and allowed democrats to vote because in the closed ones she got only 0-18% of the vote which shows she isn’t getting Republican votes like the media is trying to claim or that Trump is also not able to get the party behind him either because he does.
