I trained with JT at Jared’s twice when he was still a brown belt. I quit for a long time after a bad car accident. Finally back on the mats. JT’s grip was so strong and I’m like 4 yrs older than him. Asked him how he trained grip and he said throw a gi or a belt over a pull-up bar and rip until you can’t rip anymore 😂🤣😂
Was so kind and took the time to teach me a lot in such a short time.
