This came fully working besides the mouth. Added a new gear to the shaft and now he’s all good!

I might attempt to get him this season if i can find a decently priced one since he's really the last christmas lifesize I'm looking for.
Not counting any new Christmas life sizes for 2024, the last ones I need are the 2004 Grinch and Homer. I also would love to get the Kringle Jingle Band and the guitar Santa but those are so rare that I’m not really ever expecting to get those two.
Yeah I also really want the kringle jingle band, homer and that santa but I left them off because they are too rare/expensive
