- Shocking video has emerged from a road rage incident taken to the brink last summer in Miami. Video recorded from his driver-facing dash cam shows Eric Popper, a civilian fire inspector, singing as he drives. Then, police say he cut off another car. When that driver got angry, Popper glared into the rearview mirror. Popper says the other driver was tailgating him. He opens his center console and removes a handgun, which he fired repeatedly as the car pulled up next to him.

I had a driver throw a wrench at my car because I didn’t turn left fast enough. I got it on dash cam, and gave his license plate to the police. He got slapped with property damage and road rage. He had to pay us $637 for the damage, but I requested to the prosecutor he take anger management courses in order for him to remove the points from his license. I carry daily in my car drive the streets of Houston with bad drivers everywhere. Not once did I ever think of pulling a gun on someone for tailgating or even cutting me off. This guy definitely needs jail time along with mental healthcare.
