Nice setup. I have seen others using larger wire, on the negative side, so only the positive fuse can blow, if shorted/over amped.
Also, I am thinking of 3D printing different top battery holders, without the holding bits, of square plastic, so any failed battery can be easily replaced, going forward.
I'd have liked to have some kind of hooks but I don't have a 3D printer. I think that's a better way to go.
Yeah..that's lot of hard work, took months to finish my 6KWh..

What bms are you using also what inverter?
Are you running an off grid system?
I'm using several BMS. A normal ebike style BMS for over and under voltage protection and the DIYBMS for balancing. I'm using a MPPSolar off-grid inverter, similar to this one: www.mppsolar.com/v3/pip-mkx/
did you try to spot weld fuse wire ? i m starting to build packs but thinking to spot weld 30 gauge fuse wire. how i m going to do this is still question, what gauge wire you are using? can you share the link if possible?
I haven't used a spot welder. I have provided a link to the fuse wire I used in reply to one of the comments below.
I think i missed something, what is the reason for the pcb battery holder on the side of the battery pack?
Its a way to bolster up the weaker packs. If found that they are never quite the same and when you get to a low state of charge they diverge from each other rapidly. This gives me the ability to add a cell here and there to try and make them more similar.

What fuse wire did you use
I think I bought it from ebay. I can't find the exact one (Scientific Wire Company 0.1mm tinned copper wire) but here is something similar. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161739696604
