harmony mc is a must for boothill since most of his damage comes form breaks as he's built around break effect which is what feeds into the post break "super break" damage that's from harmony mc ult which scales off of the attackers break effect partly, for hypercarry boothill you can have both with your sustain of choice.

Boothill implants physical weakness making it possible for luka to break too and bleed the enemy, luka also triggers bleed on hit making him deal alot more damage since bleed scales off of the enemy's maxHP
