I googled her credentials and I can't believe that Anna is her first lead role and only her second movie. Good lord! her performance in Anna made me feel like she's been an actress for 20 years.
A model has no business being this good in one of her very first films. Pretty incredible! She even manages to not get upstaged be Helen Merren which is no small feat. Yup, gonna watch it again!
Sasha is stunningly beautiful. She is an excellent action star like Scarlett and Mila who come to mind. Hope we see more of her in these action movies too. ❤️❤️❤️👍😊
I must say I wasn't expecting much of the film but after 15 minutes I was in love with it. The storytelling is great and Helen Mirren being a badass Russian agent is just a 10 out of 10 on my list. And certainly Sasha as Anna is just wonderful you empathize with her.
Anna has the style of Bridget Fonda in Point of not Return (1993) but energized with more recent films like Salt (2010) or Lucy (2014) with the model scene kick. Spectacular.
This movie blew me. This girl is seriously badass. Cold blooded killer. After Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2, she impressed me the most. And I've seen every female protagonist action movie, so yeah. The cruelty that becomes unwatchable, Then it has to be, I spit on your grave.
Obviously didn't go in expecting her to be as great as the likes of Cillian or Helen, but really enjoyable performance nonetheless-her slightly awkward line deliveries at times oddly lent a sense of authenticity to the character, and her physical acting (in the way she carries herself and fights) was perfection
