How Kanoa made the Top 5!

The latest deep dive with Kanoa Igarashi might be the best behind the scenes glimpse at the Japanese surfer’s life on tour yet. Needing a huge performance at the last event on the 2022 WSL Championship Tour, the Tahiti Pro, to try and sneak into the Top 5, Kanoa lays it all on the line and pulls off one of the clutch moments of the season at pumping Teahupo’o. Alongside iceman coach Tom Whitaker, Kanoa formulates a plan to stay calm and channel Kelly Slater, and overcomes the stresses of competition in the serene paradise of the South Pacific to book his ticket to the WSL Finals. Everything was beautifully shot and sound recorded by The Marcs, with one epic POV moment from Scotty Hammonds.
We’ll see you at Trestles on the morning of the finals, Kanoa. Be sure to pack your star trunks.

Kanoa if your watching this I bought your #77 team sharpeye 6.0/ 27 litre. And can I say what a weapon.
Its in excellent condition just curious where it was ridden because its going to be part of my man cave collection as talking pieces along side of my personal collections that I have ridden.
