Which situations are you specifically talking about? Lang almost always goes down without even getting to shoot, so when the police test him he's GSR negative, has a legal gun & a clean record so is let go. From what I understand Suarez actually shot his gun so they have to investigate further.

I think the difference is CG and Suarez purposely mess with the cops alot. Oldbois don't really do anything to anyone actively.
Like it's well known, CG is the most violent gang in nopixel, but hydra is easily the most powerful gang by far.

I think he might have had a good chance of fighting the charges but after watching the vod suarez/remdogg screws up in the MRPD questioning. He tries to claim that the PD maliciously violated his rights by Arresting him for something they never intended to charge him with in order to run his legal gun. but the reason why i think he is fucked is that he never mentions his strongest argument: that three seperate officers implied or directly threatened him that unless he surrenders they will add the resisting arrest charge(as seen in the video).
This is absolutely brainded meta abusive behaviour.

At this point this server is a joke and Lang gets let go because he’s a part owner, no credibility in this server. They unlawfully arrested suarez in RP, and their thought process is “okay sue us after”, I don’t see how that makes any sense in RP just as it wouldn’t IRL. Let him go, do your investigation with the hot gun, issue a warrant, arrest him. This server is unwatchable with the bias at this point.

Lang was in the similar position many times, but they just let him go. This is a very classic CG treatment on a daily basis. Lang should just replace Beric at CoP at this point.
