OMG, I love when you use the fish eye lens! It’s so cool looking! You look like you’re standing on top of the world. What a fun excursion for everyone!! ❤
What a great adventure you and the ladies were on. Loved all that you found. Can't wait for the cutting series. Keep having fun.😊 😷⚒
Lake Havasu AZ I lived there before and during the London Bridge was there actually my Dad was part of a crew to reassemble the Bridge and I have part of a chipped piece and use it as a door stop 😄 Yes I know it gets hot there same as in Phoenix I've seen it 115° in the shade in Phoenix.
I mined Azurite around Prescott for a bit in the '80's for jewelry and paint pigmentation.
Anyways good posting thanks for posting 👍👍👍👍😎🍻✌️👋
The roadcut at Aragon has similar Agate but the colors are highly variable blue ,black ,peach amethystine
I just went to Luna lake and found a bunch of cool agates. I found one Luna blue agate. It was in Alpine Az
Im in Pinetop Az so im close to the area. So exciting.
You're videos are always made so well, and fun. Nice finds by everyone. Looking forward to the September series. Thanks for the adventure.
19:18 San Francisco River below the old and new bridges.
I stayed in those cabins, ate that burrito and walked that area....very cool diversity up there.
Not sure what happened to my comment on your previous video but ... thanks for sharing your adventures n showing your finds !!! PS:there's blue/purple agate n red jasper just north of Lake Havasu off i95
5-gallon buckets are handy too.
That would’ve been so much better if I would have brought my 5 gallon buckets. But then I would’ve been carrying out 2, 5 gallon buckets of rocks out. I try to limit myself lol.
You seem like the most down to earth person! Don't change. I have always loved gems and minerals. I got my first snake skin agate when I was in the eighth grade. I'm now 68 years young. See if you can find some of those agates. I also love fire agates and would love to go hunt some of them. i am a North Carolina artist, and I have incorporated some of the rocks I have into my walking sticks I make. Keep up the great videos. You rock girl!
Thank you. That means a lot. I love looking for all kinds of rocks. I’ve had a great time looking for Fire Agates as well. That’s very cool that you incorporate rocks into your artwork.!!
Thank you found a new fan and follower
Those were some AMAZING finds.
Check out the dry creek beds that run down from Pinal Mountain. They are in Gila County near Globe. My stomping ground when I was a teen.
Looks like fun!
An easy way to clean your specimens is to run them thru a cycle in your dishwasher. It’s much easier on the rocks than pressure washing and does a better job! The hot soapy water works extremely well. As always, a fun video Elley! 👍😁
I would do that, but the amount of dirt that is on most of my rocks, and probably ruined my dishwasher, if not plug my drains. But that is an amazing idea!!!
Well, I would suggest washing off the rocks with a hose first before using the dishwasher! LOL!👍😁 I discovered the dishwasher method after I had cut up some rock samples using a rock saw with oil as a coolant. Very difficult getting oil off your rock specimens while trying to wash and scrub without damaging the rocks. ❤ Your channel!@@ElleyKnowsRocks
I see people collecting in sites like this. If I was doing it I would bring a rake to uncover the ground.

love this hat
Is there any value for them 🤔 we live there and have tons we just love finding them to. With so many how did they form ? Only in volcanic areas ? Or ancient sea bed ?
At 15:28, it seems you’re next to grinding stone- see the hole to the left of what you were looking at?
Living dangerously rock hunting after a burrito 😂😂😂
I was thinking the same thing 😂😂
@@Shane-rl2cr 😂😂 yes you understand. Guess the open wild is a good place to be alone tho
I was OK, but it was concerning lol

Any of these gonna be on your etsy???
Hey Elley, great adventure today you brought us. Looking forward to 30 days of Luna blue agates.🫣. Bring on those cutting and reveals - they are the bestest fun.
14:07 Awesome to see you are carrying.
Whats up with the circular bowl indent in that bolder with the agate sticking out? 15:30
