How can I have a victim mentality if I know :
I am in Christ. If it got to me, it went though Him.
I am invincible in the will of God.
There is a calling on my life.
I have a future.
I have so much to be thankful for.
Hardships are going to make me stronger.
My prize is knowing Jesus
I started listening to this while I was cleaning, and then I had to go back and listen in front of my journal because I knew I needed to write so much of it down to always have it to look back on!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 SO powerful. We need to cling to this more as a church!! Thank you for preaching it so boldly! What a joy to walk as VICTORS in Him every day!! 💪🏼🙌🏼

This message hits hard! I work at a grocery store and I live with the victim mentality! To know I don’t have to let the hurt that is done to me be the choice in how I choose to respond back to the person! Dang that hits deep! Working so closely beside people who don’t know Jesus makes it harder to press into Him when I am pressure or stressed! I have wanted to leave for countless reasons! But being grateful in small and significant ways is challenging and hard to see on a day to day basis! But I am trying and the Lord sees and knows my efforts! Please keep me in your prayers! He keeps showing me who I am and what in me needs Him most whether it’s to work on my response towards someone or deal with the deep anger or resentment inside of me! I pray I am kept from being Naomi just because life has been bitter for her doesn’t mean I have to choose it for myself! Oh spirit come and overtake and overcome where I cannot!
I cannot remember the last time I joined in with the pastor's opening prayer that I felt sooooooooo convicted in my own soul. I can't remember all the things he said but I felt so called out. The Holy Spirit was and is at work in my own heart. WOAH!
