A Draw 2 card can only be played on a card that matches by colour or on another Draw Two card.

If opponent drop a +2 or +4 card, you as a player who has a +2 or +4 card should drop also, used for revenge
Rules state: When a person places this type of card, the next player will have to pick up two/four cards and forfeit his/her turn.
The stacking rule is something created by players to spice up the game, and it's not official. But that doesn't stop you from playing your own way, because it's a lot more fun!

But this in not applicable for +4 cards
if the last card of the player is an action card, does that also mean that he or she can shout uno even though he or she wont be able to put the last card down bc it doesnt match with the card being currently played?

i played uno with my friends not knowing how to actually play it, i threw a +4 card and then my friend didnt get 4 cards but she put another + 4 card and then my other friend whos next to her threw+ 4 card and then back to me which i dont have any +4 or +2 or block card and they say i have to take 12 cards from the deck. I was like...is this actually how the game works? since im clueless i took those 12 additional cards on my hand and geez, it was handful.
and now looking at this video i realised those friends of mine actually dont know how to play either. they just making stuff up to win.... hahahahha😂

How to change color. It will be gonna drop a change color and you will drop the color you want or the player 2 will gonna change the color
You can change colour several ways, you can put down a wild card or a draw 4 wild card or via a matching symbol on a card for eg you put down a yellow 7 on top of a green 7 so the colour would change from green to yellow.

Hi! I recently bought a pack of Uno cards and tried to play it with my brother, but there are still some things that are unclear to us. The joker can be played by the player that should get 4 cards by placing another joker over it? Or a card of +2? Can the same thing happen, but with a card of +2? And the last question I have, can 2 cards of the same color and number be placed at once?

We don't have a joker card in our pack so we are not sure. 🤔
When Player#1 discards +4 Wild Card, the next Player#2 have no any other option but to draw four cards from the draw pile and skipped his turn.
The Player#3 could discard either a Regular Card (with the Color chosen by the Player#1 to follow), or a +4 Wild Card.
If Player#3 chose to discard +4 Wild Card, Player#4 have to draw four cards and skipped his turn.
The next player to discard will be Player#5, he has to follow the color chosen by Player#3 or discard another +4 Wild Card.
A player can not discard two cards in his turn unless there are only two players playing and Skip Card, +2 Cards, and +4 Wilds are being played.
Reverse Card has no power when there are 2 players playing because you can't reverse the direction of the play. Here in the video, the player using reverse card and skipping the other player is a wrong move. Reverse Card is only used for reversing the direction and when reversing the direction, it starts with another player and not with yourself.
Another error in the video is when discarding the +4 Wild Cards. In the video, it is shown that the player to draw four cards did not skipped his turn. In official rules, that player should have skipped his turn after he draws four cards.

If player put a +2, then the another player have a +2 & put +2 = draw 4 (+4)
the drawing of cards ends with each player, it's not cumulative
