Let's remember that the animatronics are possessed ghost children that Afton killed, and Doom slayer is unowingly freeing the traped souls .. would love to see him become friends with the spirits and help them get revenge on Afton.
The man fought, and beat hell itself. Poor possessed robots never said a chance. Best option is he kills them swifty, with something from his over powered arsenal

The alarms are blaring in the hidden facility underneath the diner as Doomslayer hacks & blasts the demonic robots to bits.
FREDDY FAZBEAR: "WOT DA HELLZ HAPPENIN? WHO R U?"
DOOMSLAYER: "Cut the crap. Where are the kids you snatched?"
Slayer's eyes glow with the raging inferno colour which sends Freddy F into a fearful panic:
FAZBEAR: "THE BASEMENT! MY BOSS GOT THEM DOWN THERE! He'll kill them, I never wanted this, even I don't know why he wants to kill them kids."
Doomslayer smashes down the basement door & hacks Freddy's boss to pieces with the crucible blade. He frees the kidnapped kids both alive & dead & once all are free, he torches the old diner & everything in it.
DOOMSLAYER: "To think when my fam were still alive, I planned on bringing them here for my kid's birthday."
He shakes his head & portals back to the tower.
Springtrap: I kill childrens, become immortal in this blasted suit. You cannot kill me.
Doom Slayer: You are worst than demons. And you....immortal? Good.
