I found out I had Osteoporosis when I suddenly broke my foot...doing NOTHING. Suddenly my foot hurt! The bone just snapped! Bone density test showed Osteoporosis!! OMG. It finally healed in 9 MONTHS. It was MISERABLE.
What ever they are putting in the water and/or air is killing food plants and certain flowers. I've never seen it before and I'm 67.

I broke my shoulder January 22nd trying to cross country ski. I barely avoided surgery but had to do physical therapy. Last year February 3rd 2023, I fractured my other shoulder while walking my extra large dog. She leaped to have a barking match with 3 dogs in a yard barking at her. I happened to be standing on a patch of ice when she leaped and I slammed my right shoulder on the sidewalk. I couldn’t believe it when it happened to me again this year. It’s a healing process and maybe you need some physical therapy. You eventually heal though!

Dear Pamela,
I once broke my shoulder joint. It felt like a broken bird wing. The pain was worst at night. And the feeling of being dependent on someone was a learning experience for me. The accident was an expression of a desire of mine that was too imprecisely defined. I wanted to solve a problem and this was the universe's solution for me.

I broke my leg when I was 9 and still remember the way the pain felt😭 I'm 35...in fact, it still aches sometimes 😔 So sorry you had the experience, I hope it heals as fast as possible🙏🏼🥺

Oh pamela, you hit the nail on the head with Australia, so many want change and i think its the culture, noone wants to be the tall poppy and change maker. Does the council have any advice of what can be initiated? what is going to be effective? Protests don't seem to work and greedy corporates have their hands in too many politicians. We all want change , so tips in the right direction as to what would be most effective would be great! :)

Pamela i feel you! I broke my foot just recently and it was really difficult plus the meds and injections that i need to have for a month! It actually clouded my brain! Are you taking meds? I'm sorry about your arm and wish awesome healing. I broke mine on June 5th so I'm recovering with you. A major fall incident. I feel that it may have been pre orchestrated due to the fact that many people I know have broken their bones this month. So strange and I saw yours and then I knew it was 😂. Take care and thank you.
I actually have talked to a lot of other athletes with similar scenarios with the arm right now. It’s really weird.
