It is because Simon cares more about what currently sells than he cares about music and people's talents, if they aren't exactly what he is looking for at the time. But supposedly, it IS his show. Just amazing singing. So different from the norm the judges just couldn't get their heads round this. Also the guy is a star. Great to hear some old stuff too. Really my kid will love this. Sam needs to get his stuff up CZcams. And he will take off. He's just got a special voice. Really want to hear him do a complete song with no pressure .
