I really, REALLY hope they revisit Cassie's ice skating. If you really think about it, it’s the only other validation she has in life apart from men. Also, it’s the only other thing seen in her apart from her sexual appeal. If you really delve into her backstory, her dad, as far as we have seen, is the only man to see something in her apart from her sexual appeal when he got her into skating. Which makes her dad’s fall from grace even more heart breaking if you really think about it. Remember that scene where Maddy felt that all the times Cassie was there for her, in Maddy's mind that friendship was never real. I feel Cassie felt the same way about her relationship with her dad when he used her the last time she ever saw him. Basically making her think that all the times and memories she had of her dad, getting her into ice skating now felt like none of it was real. Which in turn made her believe all she is good for is sexual appeal. (Apologies for the essay lol. When I have something on my mind, I like to get it out there.)
