I notice this year 2017 glitter on the face is starting to be a trend after all these years, Billie is the only person that I seen doing a good job at this type of style and she actually uses it as her look unlike other females. I notice that alot of youtubers are inspired by her style and are starting to not only put it but use the glitter on the face as a look to go out etc.
