@@Paul_G_Eats You still got that gout issue ?, it's not the food that you eat that is causing your gout flare ups. You need to rid of the Uric Acid in your body, taking pills will not fix your Gout, taking pills does not get rid of the uric acid. I have told you many times to fix your problem. I used to have it years ago, no more. I can eat anything I want and no flare ups.

@@Paul_G_Eats not prune juice Paul. It's 100% tart cherry juice. Once symptoms are gone, you only drink 1/2 a cup of it once or twice a week.
